New Road to Industrialization and the Revitalization of Liaoning Old Industrial Base

摘要：

That Liaoning, as an old industrial base built specifically during the nations 1st and 2nd Five-Year Plan period, nowadays has completed infrastructure, sound industrial groundwork, and numerous specialized talents is a result of traditional industrialization. However, the difficulties that Liaoning confronts today such as outdated ideas, depleted resources, backward technology, worsening ecology, and aging products, are also the result of traditional industrialization. Therefore, new road to industrialization must be taken to revitalize the old industrial base.
