The Impact of Inter-organizational Knowledge Flow Mechanism on the Innovation Emergence in Global Production Networks

摘要：

If China wants to develop its innovation system.Chinese enterprises need inter-organizational knowledge flow in GPNs. This article argues that knowledge categories and attributes in GPNs，organization-level attributes and network-level attributes of GPNs infhence inter-organizational knowledge flows in GPNs.We call those influences inter-organizational knowledge flow mechanisms. Those mechani8ms will impact the focus enterprises innovation emergence.
