A Selection Tool of Technological Innovation Strategy for SMEs：Mized Method of SWOT and AHP

摘要：

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) possess more agility in innovation speed compared with large-size enterprises.But what kind of innovation strategy should be sedeted and what degree should be proctiad are difficult decision-making problems for SMEs. This paper first qualitatively analyzed the elements which affect the technological innovation of SMEs using SWOT method.Based on this qualitative analysis，AHP was blended into SWOT of the technological innovation of SMEs. Thus using this mixed method of SWOT and AHP.a SWOT quantitative model was proposed. It provided a tool of technological innovation strategy selection for SMEs.
