Research on Building Main Body Culture Innovation Model for Chinese Small Private Enterprises
This article studies the dialectical relations between keeping advantages of traditional Chinese family management and learning from modem western advanced enterprise culture. A basic system of enterprise cultivation is proposed and a culture cultivation model is constructed for small enterprises, after an analysis of the function mechanism, including guiding role of the government, leading role of enterprise owners, main-body role of the staff and the stimulating role of model employees.
