Research on Cultural Innovation of SMEs Based on Strategic Matching-Take the Pearl River Delta Region as an Ezample
The sustainable growth of SMEs has been a troubled problem both in business and in academia. In this paper, cultural innovation on the basis of strategic matching is deemed to be the main way in which SMEs can keep sustainable growth. Based on the study on SMEs in Pearl River Delta region as an example, combined with organizational culture theories, the conceptual of cultural innovation model of SEMs is constructed in this paper. In the end, to ensure the model more operational, the guiding principles of corporate innovation for SMEs are discussed in the paper.
