The Empirical Analysis on the Relationship between Enterprise Scale and Technical Innovation Level
This paper takes 123 enterprises in Zhejiang provine as subject investigated, applies structural equation modeling, and takes empirical analysis on the relationship between enterprise scale and technical innovation level. Result shows that as scale enlarging, R&D capability, technology information obtain capability and marketing management capability strengthen, and technical innovation motivation strengthen first and then weaken slightly. Technical Innovation Motivation of Zhejiang small giant is strong, but technical innovation capability still needs improving.
