Study on Strategic Coalition of Taiwans SMEs and Application-oriented Undergraduate Universities for Science and Technology Innovation
This paper discusses the development of application-oriented undergraduate universities against the background of regional economic transformation, industrial restructuring and SME development in Taiwan. It also introduces the strategic coalition experience of science and technology innovation between Taiwans SMEs and applicationoriented undergraduate universities. The discussion and introduction of Taiwans experience is then adopted to provide inspirations for Chinas other economically developed areas in the construction of strategic coalition of science and technology innovation between SMEs and application-oriented undergraduate universities, such as the Southern Jiangsu Province.
