The Empirical Study on Influence of Intellectual Property Risk to Knowledge Protection and Innovation Performance
Intellectual property risk has become most important of the three risk the cooperative corporations faces. So this paper analyzes the influence of Intellectual property risk to Knowledge protecion and innovation performance through 222 survey questionnaires with SEM, broadening the performance research in knowledge transferring from a new perspective, putting forward a new view for corporation in R&D. The advices and the orientation of further research are proposed at last.
