Fostering Innovation Culture in SMEs

Innovation is the core competitiveness of enterprises today; therefore, it becomes an important task to foster innovation culture. On the basis of defining enterprise culture of innovation, with theoretically probing into the importance of company development and the elements of innovation culture, this paper gives some advices on fostering innovation culture in SMEs in China The elements of innovation culture include: innovation environments, cooperation, innovation system, innovation models, staffs capability and innovation values, and the advices are related to these six elements.
