Based on the concerning theory of concluding the formation and development of the SME cluster network, this paper expounds the processes of formation and development of SME cluster network in the area of auto-motorparts industry in Ruian in details and points out the core position of social relationships in above field. Social Relationships also make vital effect on the aspects such as sharing technology, raising funds, daily management and external communications.
