Constructing the Core Ability of Small & Medium-sized Construction Enterprises in China

摘要：

Scholars usually agree that small and medium-sized enterprises（SMEs) s activities in construction are not very innovative when compared with large-size construction enterprises in china. This paper explores the management of innovation within the SMEs in building construction sector in china. The process which creates the value is researched based on summarization of the status quo of construction enterprise with inefficiency and low-benefit. After that, the approach on the core competence constructing is pointed out according to the characters of core competence.
