Dynamic Evolution of Corporate Governance in Small & Medium Business Based on Swarm
Evolution process of dynamic corporation governance in small & medium business was studied by using Swarm simulation. Through the analysis of corporative governance, game relation was discussed among the agents of enterprises and their stakeholders including enterprises, directors, stockholders, managers, employees, clients, creditors from the angle of multi-agent. The features, reward, action of each agents and the relation were determined and the model of dynamic corporation governance was established by Swarm simulation. Dynamic evolution process of corporation governance was discussed. The simulation results show the correctness of the dynamic evolution theory of corporate governance system.
