Analysis on the Effect of Credit Rating for SMEs Indirect Financing

摘要：

Credit rating is the bridge of credit business with bank and SMEs and it plays different effect for different SMEs and banks. This paper sets up the model for analyzing the effect of credit rating for SMEs indirect financing, as well as the effect of credit rating for banks interest rate decision.
