Influence Analysis of FDI on Labor Market in China
Since Chinas reform and opening up, FDI has a very important effect on the economic development. It not only brings capital and makes progress in technology but also introduces advanced managerial concept. At the same time, it creates a large number of employment opportunities and relieves the pressure of employment to a certain extent in china. Therefore, comprehensive influence of FDI on employment becomes a focal issue in China. The paper analyses deeply influence of FDI on labor marcket, and puts forward some policy suggestions on how to deal with the mentioned problems arising from the development of FDI, which has great practical significance for the severe employment situation in China at present.
