A Study on Impacts of Employees Individual Demographic Traits on Employees Applying Statistical Techniques in Chinese SMEs

摘要：

The paper discuss the influences of employeesindividual demographic traits such as gender, age, educational level, self-perceived mathematical knowledge on their attitudes toward statistical techniques and actual application of the statistical techniques by empirical research. The results show that employeesindividual demographic traits such as gender, age, educational level, selfperceived mathematical knowledge played an important role in influencing employees using statistical techniques and attitude toward statistical techniques, but, the impact of gender on attitudes was an exception.
