The Preliminary Study of Enterprise Model-Based on the Analysis of Enterprises Decisions on Scale
This paper analyses the nature of enterprise, and establishes model for enterprise, from the perspectives of the formation and foundation of enterprise and the relationship between enterprise and market The relevant analysis of enterprises decisions on scale showed: when manufacturers in the market are of no difference, the adjustment of enterprises scale depends on the comparison between enterprises management costs and market transaction costs; when there are differences in production technology and the efficiency of internal transactions among the enterprises, the adjustments of their size, including horizontal integration, vertical integration, and relevant or irrelevant diversification, to a large extent depend on the comparison between the enterprises efficiency and their assets complementary situation.
