Highland Problem of Specialized Operation and Strategic Countermeasures of SMEs
Highland problem is a kind of enterprise normality when specialized operation develops to a certain phase. Highland stage will lead to enterprise operators overmuch anxiety and tension, and therefore enterprise operators easily tend to make wrong decisions. Specialized operation is necessary for SMEs to become bigger and stronger, but it is unavoidable that highland phenomenon will puzzle SMEs in growth stage. Most importantly, operators must form correct mentalities and attitudes, grasp the business facts in highland stage; learn about the reasons that cause highland stage, and especially leant about the business philosophy and operation methods; as well as understand that highland stage is not the high-point of specialized operation and that dealing well with highland problem will improve SMEs to reach a new stage. Therefore, SMEs should find an active and effective strategic countermeasure.
