How Can Small-Medium Enterprises Make Strategic Management
Currently, there are more than 40 million small-medium enterprises(SMEs) and individual business households in china, accounting for 99. 6% of all enterprises. These firms produce more than 70% of industrial production value, over 50% of revenues and 70% of the import and export amount. Therefore, SMEs serve as a powerful economic force in China. However, it is very difficult to tide over the initial entrepreneurial stage, that is, they go bankrupt in their inchoate period. Though some may enter to the growing stage, they fall into great difficulty after short rapid expansion. The main reason for this situation, largely, is in the fault of strategy management. This paper discusses how to deal with these problems from the following aspects, namely, strategy connotation, band, expansion scale and speed and marketing channel with a successful and an abortive case for each.
