Modularization and Mass Customization for SMBs Human Resources Outsourcing
This paper makes innovative study on the mass customization (MC) for SMBs human resources outsourcing based on the modularization through referring MC strategy. Firstly, this article describe the necessity and feasibility for SMBs to practice the modularization and mass customization of HR outsourcing. Then probe how to carry out the modularized design of HR outsourcing from three aspects, which are the analysis of the structure of SMBs human resources outsourcing services, the standardization and regulation of outsourcing module as well as the construction and dynamic management of module library. Finally, propose a programme for the mass customization of SMBs human resources outsourcing and safeguard mechanism to ensure the implementation.
