The Research on Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) Implementation in Chinas SMEs: Problems and Solutions

Nowadays, the incredible growth of Internet is changing the way corporations conduct business with consumers who are increasingly expecting higher services, high-level requiring better efficiency and more convenience. CRM is becoming more and more important In search of competitive advantage, both practitioners and academics are keen on CRM. The result of the present study shows that Internet has an important and positive effect on customer. In ecommerce environment, enterprises and the basic rules have not changed; enterprises should continue to provide customers with high-quality products, high-level services, enhance customer trust in order to win customer loyalty. With the rapid development of science and rapid changes in the market today, the effective implementation of customer relationship management can help to win customers to access to further improve the competitiveness of enterprises and economic benefits.
