The Research of the Business Model of www. taobao. com

Taobao is a famous C to C website. In past few years, it develops very fast and overwhelms the competitor successfully. As a latecomer in C to C industry, our questions is how to catch up and exceed the competitor, and how to exert the subsequent advantage? The paper tried to answer this question by analyzing the Taobao business model. The paper analyzed two aspects about market force, profit model to explain the business model.
