Quality Analysis of SME E-commerce Web Sites
Based on e-commerce website evaluating model WebQual?, this thesis makes appropriate revision, gives specific observation indicators to evaluate the website quality, and makes a sample survey of SME e-commerce web sites in Zhejiang province, analyzing whether the investigated companies have independent websites, whether they have web sites or pages on the third-party platform, and the overall quality of the thirdparty web sites or pages. For the quality of companies with independent websites, observation and analysis are made from the following five dimensions: usefulness, entertainment, ease of use, response time and trust It is found that SME e-commerce websites meet the basic needs of users in the aspects of information fit-to-task, appearance, structural rationality, navigation and response time, but there is still shortage in the timeliness of dynamic information release, daily website maintenance, online procurement, online after sales service and the innovation of website design.
