The Ways to Achieve Sustainable Competitive Advantages for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) Based on Flezible Strategy

In a complex dynamic environment, how to guarantee the utility of competitive strategy by continuously creating new competitive advantages become a new topic encounted by every enterprise. This paper based on the background of CMEs uncertain and highly complex environment, puts forward superior sustainable competitive thought of flexible strategy, from the perspective of enterprise strategy and environment interaction, with the enterprise internal resources (knowledge) and capacitybased, to achieve sustainable competitive advantage from accumulated a high degree integration of the strategic advantage of external forces, so that enterprises in the complex and volatile environment can continue to im-prove the efficiency of resources using and enhance their integration within the strategic capability of external resources and strategies for the foreseeable power and adaptability, and through interaction with the environment and in the process of forming an mechanical unity of the strategy and take the initiative to guide the conducive environmental changes benefit for the development of enterprises, so as to seek the establishment of a lasting competitive edge of enterprises beyond the strategic objectives in the highly complex and uncertain environment.
