The Research about SMEs Growth on the Basis of Social Capital
In the era of knowledge economy, the competition between enterprises is manifested as that of the ability of innovation. And the effective fusion of innovation resources becomes the key of technical innovation. This paper analyzed the significance of social capital in the accelerated fusion of factors from three aspects, which are: the trust mechanism of social capital, the mechanism of receiving factors, and the mechanism of the proliferation of innovation. Also analyzed the principle of social capitals function while improving the development of tech SME, explained the significance of tech SME in the construction and cultivation of social capital, and confirmed the supposed theory by the case of the development of the wool industry in Qinghe.
