Structure and Process: SMEs Growth under Deficient Talent Supply
Its a practical problem for SMEs to face that supply of talents is deficient and it cannot he changed in short periods. According to study of Penrose and Chandler, its organizational capability that supports the growth of SMEs. Therefore, SMEs need to rethink about it from the organization point of view in order to solve the problem of business growth under deficient talent supply. From the organizational level, structure and process has a significant influence on growth of SMEs.
