The Paths and Transitions of Necessity Entrepreneurship and Opportunity Entrepreneurship
Both necessity and opportunity entrepreneurship has gradually become hot topics in entrepreneurial studies. We firstly review their definitions and describe their present situation in China, and then analyze development paths of them. Although, opportunity entrepreneurship is depending on core competence, entrepreneurship resources and entrepreneurial strategy of a business, they could transform at some circumstances, indicating by the case study of Hangzhou Santi Company. Local government policies for encouraging entrepreneurs should focus on turn point of business development.
