Analysis on Scientific and Technological Environment of Chinese and Foreign SMEs and the Inspiration to Chinese SMEs
SMEs is an important part in national economies. In the paper, we analyze the scientific and technological environment of Chinese and foreign SMEs, and try to find out why the foreign SMEs developed so well and rapidly, then expound what we can learn from other contries, that is, we should formulate and perfect the legal system of SMEs scientific and technological innovation; broaden the financing channels for SMEs scientific and technological innovation; promote the integration of production, teaching and research and strengthen the intermediary services for SMEs technological innovation.
