The Key Issues on the Public Technological Platforms in China

摘要：

A series of Public Technological Platforms (PTPs) has emerged in China over the recent years, and has been regarded as a key institutional reform in public policy of science and technology. Yet, the development of PTPs has been on experimental stage, and some key issues remain ambiguous. This paper addresses on the key issues including of the goals and organizational arrangements of PTPs, the involvement of government, all of which will impact on the future success of PTPs in China.
