The Research on Intermediary Service Institutions of Science and Technology in Zhejiang Province
The perfect intermediary service system of science and technology can provide the powerful support with the technological innovation and increase the transformation efficiency in convert the achievement of science and technology activities into the practical productivity, accordingly enhance the innovative capacity of the whole area. At present in the development of the intermediary service of science and technology, there are many problems such as the scientific management system and mechanism have not been established, the relative policy and legislation systems are not optimum. Therefore, we should actively set up the intermediary service system of science and technology based on the correct understanding of this system and in the light of diversification of the subject of the intermediary service, the networking of the organization construction, the variety of the investors and so on.
