Study on the Relationship between the Career Orientation and Job Satisfaction of Civil Aviation Technical Knowledge Employees
This paper made an empirical study on the relationship among the career orientation and organizational satisfaction, incentive demand of technical knowledged employees. Through the established relation model of career orientation and organizational satisfaction, work engagement, this paper confirmed that there are multiple career orientations existing in the technical knowledged employees of civil aviation industry, and validated that there is a difference in organizational satisfaction, incentive demand of the employees with different career orientations.
