Study on the Sustainable Use Assessment Indicators System of Residential Land in Urban Fringes
With the acceleration of the urbanization process, lots of houses are built in urban fringes to solute the population inflation and improve the housing level, which resulted in a series of economic, social, and environmental questions. In the view of the sustainable development evaluation, the connotation of the sustainable use of residential land in urban fringes is probed. On the basis of the urban planning indexes, the system method and analysis one are used to set up the assessment indicators system including the economic, societal, and ecologic elements, which are the foundation of farther research.
