Research on the Total Factor Productivity of High-tech Small and Medium-sized Enterprises-Based cm DEA-Malmquist Indez

摘要：

As a vital and innovative industry organization form, high-tech small and medium sized enterprises has obtained a substantial development since Chinese reform. However, less study of this industry is concerned from the perspective of productivity. By applying DEA-Malmquist Method, this paper points out the TFP of the whole industry, technical efficiency and technical progress are in the steady stage. Therefore, according to the different development situation, it is necessary to establish corresponding development policy based on different characteristics of the major industry.
