A Study on the Influence of Task Feature and Organizational Culture on Alliance Capability
Based on the related researches, the paper firstly gives a clear definition of alliance capability and analyzes the basic structure of alliance capability. Then, it concretely analyzes the task feature and organizational culture and their relationship with alliance capability. Based on the analysis, this paper proposes a series of assumptions and constructs corresponding models. Relying on such analysis framework, it gives a relative scientific basis and the clear ideas for the definition and the theoretical model of the capability.
