A Selecting Research of Tactic Cooperative Partner of Supply Chain for Small and Medium Enterprises

摘要：

This paper works over the features of small and medium enterprises, and then it builds a set of detailed performance evaluation system and designs an improved AHP-BP model based on this system. This model is used to select the tactic cooperative partner of supply chain for SMEs subsequently. Finally, the model is tested by real examples. The results show that this model is a simple way and has good effect to deal with this kind of selection. Besides, the model is proved to have practical value.
