The SMEs of Chinese Media Industry-Comparative Analysis of CTM① and FM②

Chinese media industry which is now facing the management mechanism reform, the increase of developing power and competition pressure given by 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and new media technology, has to change its high degree monopoly developing mode to oligopolistic competition one, even much closer to free competition in future. This essay chooses the listed media companies as typical objects and makes comparative analysis of CTM and FM in order to find a better way for the SMEs of Chinese media industry.
