Managed Business Artifacts

摘要：

Traditionally disparate approaches have been used for Business Process Modeling and Business Process Monitoring. The connections are often achieved through IT-level models e.g. state machine models. In this paper we provide a unified model -Managed Business Artifacts -that captures the process modeling and monitoring concerns. We establish the connections through a business-level model. The concepts are illustrated through a simple example of the Job Application process.
