An Empirical Study of Information Service Quality Evaluation Factors System

摘要：

With the development of information industry,information service becomes more and more important in the information industry chain. This paper studies information service quality evaluation by empirical way, and then constructs the evaluation factors system that is fit for the traits of information service. Principal component analysis has been used in this paper.
