Studies of Risk Analysis in Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Projects Based on Time-variable Effect
Based on the probability analysis theory, the risk analysis technology has been be-coming an effective tool for dam safety management in recent years. It has been widely used in dam risk research field in United States, Canada, Australia and other western countries. In recent years, more and more attentions have been paid to it in China. Generally, reservoir dam safety management is a risk management process, which is also an assessment of risk de-cision-making process. In this paper, the study of the risk analysis effects progress based on the time-varying risk analysis was introduced and it was made clear that attentions must be paid to the issues of ecological risk in water conservancy and hydropower projects construc-tion process. Ecological risk analysis model based on time-varying effects has been given for the water conservancy and hydropower projects as well as the preliminary work and problems which should to be solved first.
