Qingshan Reservoir Flood Dispatch Decision-making Technology
Traditional reservoir dispatch modes are unreasonable in many aspects. This paper researches a new technology on reservoir dispatch relying on Qingshan Reservoir. Flood dis-patch mode is selected according to project real time safety status which is based on flood forecast and project real time safety analysis. Flood dispatch mode is modified according to project condition and hydrologic status up to date. Alarm is issued early if project is found with a severe condition or large flood appears, and scheme to rush to deal with the emergency and emergency dispatch mode are drawn up by meeting, even to startup EPP. Finally,stricken situation is assessed to selected dispatch mode. If stricken situation is large, new dispatch mode is selected in order to choose optimum dispatch mode.
