Innovation and Implementation of Shanmei Reservoir Management
Shanmei reservoir located in the south part of China is a large scale one with a total storage capacity of 655 million m3. Innovative management ideas,such as Safe Shanmei, Dig-ital Shanmei, Cultural Shanmei and Fascinating Shanmei, are proposed. Connotation and im-plementation of the safety management, monitoring information system, humanistic cultures and environmental and ecological protection are described in the paper.
