THE STUDY ON GENERAL EVALUATION OF REGIONAL ECO-ENVIRONMENTAL WATER DEMAND

To generally evaluate the status of regional eco-environmental water demand and to seize the main factors affecting its level of satisfaction is the key to relieve the contradiction of regional water resources and solve the problem of water resources. Based on the content of eco-environmental water demand, the evaluation index system of eco-environmental water demand has been established by using frequency analysis, theoretical analysis and expert advice methods. And projection pursuit model which based on immune evolutionary algorithm methods has been adopted to evaluate the eco-environmental water demand of twenty counties in Zhejiang province for the first time, a modified index system which adapts to the general evaluation of the eco-environmental water demand of Zhejiang counties has been put forward. It makes certain that vegetation cover, abundance index of biology, the standard-meet rate of water quality in water function area, water resource amount per person are the most important indexes.
