EVALUATION ON THE GROUNDWATER ENVIRONMENTAL VULNERABILITY OF JIDONG COUNTY
The groundwater vulnerability refers to the probability of contaminants reaching the aquifer, which is divided into two parts--immanent vulnerability and special vulnerability. In order to show that the influence from natural and artificial factors is based upon the groundwater in this region, according to investigations of Jidong County, with the analysis of materials and the guidance of experts, evaluating by the improved DRASTIC method, and tested by the FUZZY SYNTHETICAL EVALUATION methods, the excellent evaluation result has been gained. The groundwater environment in Jidong County will be divided to 6 kinds, including hard to be polluted area, relatively hard to be polluted area, slightly hard to be polluted area, slightly liable to be polluted area, liable to be polluted area and very liable to be polluted area, the percentage of each area is 1.2%, 61.7%, 22.3%, 3.7%, 6.7% and 4.6%, respectively. So the groundwater environment is relatively good. Thus, the result offers sound scientific proof for developing, programming and protecting the groundwater resources.
