RESEARCH ON ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT CONSERVATION AND TREATMENT IN THREE GORGES RESERVIOR AREA
In this thesis, the ecological environment situation of Three Gorges Reservoir Area,as well as the significance and purpose of ecological environment conservation, is analyzed firstly. The countermeasures are then proposed: Vigorously develop the propaganda and the education work,enhance the public to the protection and treatment and the participation enthusiasm; constitute and perfect ecological environment protection and treatment overall and the supporting programming,establish and improve this work mechanism; research and work out some related laws and regulations promptly, develop ecological environment protection and treatment legally and orderly; take comprehensive measures to strengthen ecological environment protection and treatment; strengthen the scientific research work, enhance the ecological environment protection and harness benefit by using the scientific and technological support; timely research the important issues and the new problems of the work, carry on the theory innovation, the technical innovation, policy innovation and the management innovation.
