THE STUDY ON POVERTY INFLUENCE FACTORS OF RESETTLERS FROM WATER CONSERVANCY PROJECT BASED ON RIDGE REGRESSION MODEL
comparing with common poverty problems, the poverty problem of resettlers from water conservancy project is special, on one hand, few people care about the poverty of resettlers; on the other hand, the influence for water conservancy project to resettlers is not single, so how to measure and analysis different factors to avoid or alleviate the poverty problem of resettlers from water conservancy project is deserve to study. Based on the former study, this paper through analysis different poverty influence factors of resettlers from water conservancy project, tries to use statistical method to construct ridge regression model to find the main factors of the resettlers poverty, discover the inner law, and offer reference to the decision-making of resettlers poverty improving: classify different groups, support various skill education; encourage constructing factories or enterprises of resettlers; exert oriented function of model, mobilize initiative of subjectivity.
