CONSTRUCTING THE PARTICIPATION MECHANISM OF RESERVOIR RESETTLEMENT

摘要：

Facing the problems existing in the participation practice, this paper contributes to build the participation mechanism of reservoir resettlement through recognizing participants,discussing participation methods, and identifying participation procedures and content. Also this paper talked about the relevant systems helpful for the construction of participation mechanism.
