NONLINEAR FEM ANALYSIS OF THE SPIRAL CASE KEEPING CONSTANT INTERNAL PRESSURE BASED ON SIMULATION

Based on the construction simulation project model, this paper realizes the simulated construction with keeping constant internal pressure of the spiral case in hydropower station through the nonlinear FEM calculation and taking the contact property between the spiral case and concrete into consideration. In this article, it researches the contact state of the spiral case and the peripheral reinforced concrete in the structure of the hydraulic turbine, gives the initial crack opening value, and then makes an analysis on the stress and characteristic of the spiral case and reinforcement on the process and the development of the concrete stress. The conclusion shows that pouring concrete programme under the head of keeping constant internal pressure is reasonable and offers a certain value to the spiral case construction and long-term operation evaluation.
