ANALYSIS OF WATER HAZARD CAUSED BY HUASHIBAN LANDSLIDE ON TIGER LEAPING GORGE
Huashiban landslide locates in the left bank of Tiger Leaping Gorge along the Jinsha River. It slided on account of the Lijiang earthquake in 1996 and the new landslide body has a trend to slide now. Firstly, the landslide scale is estimated and the landslide surge is predicted in the paper. Secondly, the process of the water rise is simulated by using the Flow module in the Delft3D software, the water swelling height is calculated, and the hazard to the upper plant site of the Liangjiaren power station is analyzed after the water level rises. Thirdly, the grain size of the maximum block stone carded by flow is calculated according to the riprap grain size calculation theory of end-dump closure, and the hazard to the lower plant site is analyzed because of the block stone carded by flow. Lastly, the water hazard caused by landslide is comprehensively evaluated.
