Calibration Facilities for Radiation Thermometry at NIM
The radiation thermometry has been widely applied and plays an important role in tracing temperature measurements to the International Temperature Scale of 1990 (ITS-90). This paper introduces the radiance thermometry calibration facilities from -50 ~ 3200 ℃ at the National Institute of Metrology of China (NIM), dealing with the primary standard calibration facility, the luted-point blackbodies, pyrometers, tungsten strip lamps and variable temperature blackbodies.
