Development of 2μm InGaAs Radiation Thermometer
This paper describes the development and characterization of the 2 μm InGaAs radiation thermometer. The gain ratio, the fixed-point calibrations, the spectral responsivity, the nonlinearity, the size-of-source effect, the distance effect, the zero-offset stability, the ambient temperature drift, the stability at 100℃ and the long term stability for 290 days were measured. The radiation thermometer showed a good performance as a standard radiation thermometer from 100℃to 660℃.
