Statistical Methods in Blackbody Sources Compare Calibration
Characteristic of Blackbody Sources Compare Calibration is investigated. The 3σ eliminate rule and arithmetic mean filter are exploited, which eliminate noise in Blackbody Sources Compare Calibration. The effect of statistical methods depresses the noise equivalent temperature difference (NETD) of radiation thermometer. Statistical methods can get the corresponding measurement level when choose different statistics quantity, the NETD could improved from 0.1 ℃ to better than 0.01 ℃. Statistical methods can be used not only in the Blackbody Sources Compare Calibration but also in the other compare calibrations as Blackbody Sources Compare Calibration.
